Seven days till October

September has been a lot. With October a week away, I could make a list of everything I meant to do and didn’t.

But I don’t need another list making me feel behind.

October begins the last quarter of the year. Three months left. It feels like a good time to come back to center and ask: What have I accomplished?

What did I start this year believing I could do? Does that still resonate with me now?

For the next seven days, grab your journal and try one prompt from the graphic each day. You don’t need a perfect answer or pages of writing.

Just give yourself a few minutes to reflect. Sometimes we’re so busy moving through life that we miss how much has changed, including us.

I don’t need to have the rest of the year figured out. I just want to enter October listening to myself. Maybe you do too.
